Linda Luisi muralist / painter / art instructor

Bio: Linda Luisi, BFA

Linda paints murals, custom paintings and gives art lessons. Her trompe l’oeil murals and paintings are known for depth and dimension.

Linda is a graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (BFA Degree: Tufts University). She had a rigorous training in techniques of the Old Masters, copying famous paintings in the atelier of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. She has 35 years experience creating art for residences and corporations across the U.S. such as Hilton Hotels, Nissan, Union Bank and Eisenhower Medical Center--all sizes, budgets, and styles: realism to abstract.

Linda has given presentations and art workshops for The National Art Materials Trade Association, The Society of American Registered Architects, UCSD, Rotary, and The Athenaeum School of the Arts. As an instructor, Linda provides the expertise of new and old masters. She has a fun approach to teaching and is known for the individual attention she gives each student, beginner to advanced (all ages), with group and private lessons. For lessons in San Diego and North County, see Linda’s website.

All are welcome (artists/non-artists) to come to Costa Rica with Linda this winter: an economical nature tour with creativity sessions. No experience needed.
